1 Role: Capital Harness – Form board design, Work Instruction publisher and line balancer.
2 Required Technical Skill Set:
• Strong understanding in wiring harness manufacturing process.
• Harness BOM management.
• Library creation in Form board.
• Good knowledge in understanding electrical automotive / locomotive schematics and wiring diagrams.
3 Desired Experience Range: 5 - 8 Years.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have: Excellent knowledge in harness tools (Capital, Zuken), Automotive/locomotive harness assembly process, work experience in end-to-end harness manufacturing, Work experience in NX.
Good-to-Have: Knowledge in Product Development Process.
SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
1 Understanding the manufacturing of harness process.
2 Should be able to create library in Capital form board, creating form board drawings.
3 Good understandings in schematics and harness drawings.
4 Extracting and conversion of design EBOM to Manufacturing MBOM.
5 Creation of Work instruction and SOPs.
6 Creating work scope for operator and line balancing activities.
7 Identifying and providing training for employee skill enhancement.
8 Creation of symbols, devices, template and style sets for form board drawing creation.
9 Understanding the operator’s difficulties and providing design solutions as Poka-yoke.
10 PFMEA preparation.
11 ECN Management / implementation.
12 Cross functional alignment and interactions.
13 Quality checking.
14 Interface management.
15 Release the 2D drawings in PLM system.
16 Proto / Manufacturing support.
17 Identification of initial build issues.
18 Root cause analysis and proposing corrective actions.
19 Good knowledge in NX.
20 Active participant in VAVE activities.
21 Commonization the formboards.
