Requirements and responsibilities


Role Description: We are looking for a very strong candidate to work with us and help exceptional candidates find strong jobs. We are looking to build a company with a strong talent bar. The role includes: ● Communication with top talent through email, phone, and video calls. ● Understanding talent requirements and finding the perfect-matching jobs in our network. ● Pitching candidates to companies and communicating with companies in general. We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders, and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in El Poblado initially. Later, you will work remotely. Qualifications: ● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. ● Experience in recruiting or sales, e.g., managing lead lists or interviewing candidates. ● Experience in fast-paced environments. ● Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes.
