We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Developer (Lead level) with real production experience applying AI to business systems.
This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling AI-enabled solutions end-to-end, combining strong full-stack development skills with practical AI expertise.
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI solutions used in production environments.
- Identify high-value AI use cases such as automation, optimization, and intelligent assistance.
- Own AI initiatives from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Design scalable and modular architectures where AI components are decoupled from core systems.
- Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Deploy and operate solutions on Azure Cloud.
- Lead best practices in code quality, architecture, security, and AI usage.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience
AI & Intelligent Systems
- Proven experience building AI solutions in production.
- Strong understanding of modern AI patterns and best practices.- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience building and orchestrating AI agents.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Knowledge of prompt design, model evaluation, monitoring, and cost control.
Full-Stack & Cloud
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
- Security-first and quality-driven mindset.
Soft Skills
