AMP (AI Momentum Protocols) helps people become the ones who actually make AI work. Since 2022 we have been

Holds price with integrity. You handle the money objection by selling value, not by slashing price. You would
rather walk away from a bad-fit lead than discount your way to a yes.
Is coachable and consistent. You take feedback and refine, and you produce month-over-month without the
roller coaster.
Closes inside a system, not a personal black box. You run the team's process and log it, so the seat is
repeatable and not dependent on one person's magic.

How We Work
This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor role. You set your own hours, as long as you're available for booked calls on
US time zones. The leads are warm, qualified, and they convert: previous closers have held 60%+ close rates from
our webinar funnel. You'll be closing across our organic, webinar, and paid-ads funnels, so your energy goes into
closing, not sourcing. You'll ramp fast: we expect you closing near-independently in the first two weeks, and we
want someone who's still here and producing six months in (and beyond).
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)
Run and close booked B2C sales calls. Take warm, qualified leads from our organic, webinar, and paid-ads
funnels and convert them into enrolled students of the AI Operator Bootcamp.
Own your monthly number. Hit and sustain the conversion target month over month, at healthy price
integrity.
Close inside our sales process. Run the team's playbook so your results are consistent and the seat is
repeatable, not dependent on you alone.

Compensation
1099 contractor, commission-based: 15% of collected cash on every deal you close. No base.
Monthly performance bonuses on top of commission: $750 when you collect $30K in a month, $1,500
at $60K, and $3,000 at $90K.
Warm, qualified inbound leads from our organic, webinar, and paid-ads funnels (you are not sourcing your
own pipeline).
Fully remote, with the freedom to set your own hours around your booked calls.
