About the Role: - We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) with required medical scribe experience to provide clinical and administrative support to a medical doctor and healthcare team. - The ideal candidate has experience documenting patient encounters, preparing charts, scheduling patients, and working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a U.S. healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments for English- and Spanish-speaking patients. - Contact patients prior to appointments to confirm visits and provide necessary instructions. - Prepare and review patient charts before appointments. - Perform medical scribing and accurately document patient encounters based on the physician's instructions. - Document patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and other clinical information. - Enter and manage medical orders accurately. - Update and maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW). - Review charts for missing or incomplete information. - Communicate professionally with patients, the physician, and healthcare team members. Requirements: - Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Previous medical scribe experience is required. - Experience supporting a medical doctor or healthcare provider. - eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is required. - Previous experience with medical scheduling and patient communication. - Experience with chart preparation, medical documentation, and order entry. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare practices is preferred. Ideal Candidate: - The ideal candidate is a bilingual medical professional with solid medical scribe experience who can accurately document patient encounters while efficiently supporting the physician with scheduling, chart preparation, order entry, and patient communication. - They should be comfortable working independently in eClinicalWorks and handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion.
