We're looking for a senior HR/People Analytics professional to lead large-scale employee listening and talent programs with global impact.What we're looking for:5–7+ years of experience in Employee Listening, People Analytics, Organizational Development, or related programsProven experience taking complex programs from strategy/design through scaled executionStrong understanding of talent data, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insightsAbility to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendationsExperience partnering with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and senior executivesPractical experience with AI tools and an understanding of responsible AI, value opportunities, and appropriate guardrailsExcellent written, verbal, stakeholder management, and communication skillsComfortable leading through ambiguity, change, and complex cross-functional environmentsNice to have:Experience with Glint, Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or similar employee listening platformsProduct or design thinking experienceMBA or Master's degree
