The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial role in configuring Salesforce and utilizing declarative functions to support business processes. Will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce customization. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Configurator to ensure that the platform is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business, particularly within the Sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce for streamlined business operations. Key responsibilities: * Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications. * Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Configurator to customize the platform to align with the identified business needs. * Utilize declarative functions, such as flows, to automate sales processes within the Salesforce platform. *Thoroughly test and validate new features and functionality before deploying them to users. * Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as required. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Salesforce platform. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and features Salesforce configuration. Requirements: * Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities, including experience with configuring Salesforce and utilizing declarative functions to support business processes. * Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Nice to have: * Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. * 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce business analyst or related role (Salesforce consultant). * Experience working with a sales team in a Salesforce environment or a general business setting.
