We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead the delivery of SEO campaigns (30+) for U.S.-based clients.
Our agency helps Real Estate Investors generate inbound leads through SEO and Ads. You’ll oversee the SEO team, guide strategy, and ensure technical, content, and local SEO initiatives deliver measurable growth.
🔧 Responsibilities
Lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts (30+).
Manage and coach specialists (Local SEO, Backlinks, Content).
Review technical audits, content plans, and on-page optimizations.
Coordinate deliverables and reporting with CSMs and internal teams.
Track rankings, traffic, and leads through GA4, GSC, and AgencyAnalytics.
QA all deliverables and maintain process discipline in ClickUp.
Log key insights, trends, and SOP improvement ideas monthly.
✅ Requirements
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, local).
2+ years leading or mentoring SEO teams.
Strong understanding of Google algorithms, site structure, and crawlability.
Experience using ClickUp, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, BrightLocal, and AgencyAnalytics.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Based in Latin America, available during U.S. hours (CST/EST).
Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
