Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.About the role:As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring we build a thriving, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You’ll work closely with business leaders, employees, and stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational goals while maintaining a positive employee experience.What you'll do:Act as a strategic partner by building strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders.Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.Leverage HR data and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and support business decision-making.Oversee systems integral to generating reports for company-wide projects, ensuring data accuracy and availability.Take ownership of special projects as assigned by your immediate superior or senior leaders.Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job doneWhat you'll need:4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with focus areas in HR business partnership, employee/labor relations, and performance management.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices.Proven experience collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategies.A data-driven approach to problem-solving and communication.Exceptional people skills, high energy, and the ability to build trust across all levels.Fluency in written and spoken English.A "let's get it done" mindset.Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.Job benefits:Competitive salaryTransportation allowance provided20% night differential (if applicable)Health Insurance (Day 1 HMO w/ dependents)Free daily mealsPaid Time OffCompany Equity
