Remote customer service representative – home services/roofing About the opportunity We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven customer service representative to join our growing home services team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a U.S.-based company while managing customer relationships and supporting business growth. Position overview As a customer service representative, you will act as the link between incoming leads and the sales team. You will guide prospective customers through service offerings and schedule appointments for project estimates, helping convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
