Remote customer service representative – home services/roofing About the opportunity We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven customer service representative to join our growing home services team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a U.S.-based company while managing customer relationships and supporting business growth. Position overview As a customer service representative, you will act as the link between incoming leads and the sales team. You will guide prospective customers through service offerings and schedule appointments for project estimates, helping convert inquiries into qualified opportunities. Key responsibilities * Handle inbound customer care calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Nurture leads from initial contact through appointment scheduling. * Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales funnel. * Schedule estimate appointments with the sales team. * Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system. * Collaborate with sales representatives and project managers. * Follow up with leads to ensure appointment attendance. * Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
