Customer Care, Benefits Enrollment Representative Flexible Schedule | Work-from-Home Join our team of Customer Care PROs! We are looking for friendly and attentive independent contractors to assist federal employees, retirees, compensationers, and retired military personnel with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, answering general plan questions, and navigating the site. This is a seasonal opportunity and a great way to get started with Working Solutions. Open enrollment season is November 10 – December 8, 2025. Call volume will be highest during these dates, with lower volume before and after open enrollment. If you are a good fit and wish to continue with Working Solutions after this program, another seasonal program will be available immediately afterwards. Schedule * Flexible schedule opportunities – choose your own hours. * Hours of operation are 7am-8pm CT Monday-Friday and may increase during open enrollment. Work Environment Requirements * Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours. Technology Requirements * Personal computer (no tablet). * Broadband internet connection, at least 10 MBPS recommended. * Wired internet connection such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet). * Windows 11 operating system. * Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus, running and up to date. * Wired USB headset with microphone. * Smartphone and willingness to accept texts related to program work. * Mac users: limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility. Important Information * Contractors residing in CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI cannot participate in this program. * Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
