Requirements and responsibilities


We are a remote software development team serving clients worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Communication & Business Development Manager to serve as the bridge between our clients and our development team, while also helping us expand our client base in the U.S. and other international markets. This is primarily a client-facing role. You will manage communications with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities. While you will not be required to write code, a solid understanding of full-stack software development concepts is essential to communicate effectively with both clients and the technical team. Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for international clients. * Build strong client relationships through professional and clear communication. * Translate client needs into actionable requirements for the development team. * Identify and contact potential new clients, focusing on the U.S. market. * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos. * Support the development of long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: * English fluency C1+ (native speaker strongly preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, cloud, etc.). * Experience in client-facing roles such as Account Manager, Business Development, or Technical Project Manager. * Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships with new clients, especially in the U.S. market. * Ability to work across time zones with international clients. Nice to Have: * Previous experience in a software outsourcing or consulting company. * Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). Benefits: * Base salary of $2000 per month, with opportunities for future increases.
