The Property Manager will oversee multi-family apartment community, collect rent and maintain computer records, follow-up delinquent accounts and pursue collections in accordance with an established procedure. They will also lead, motivate and manage onsite team, including leasing agents, address resident concerns in a professional manner and solve problems, conduct property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal and to ensure property integrity is maintained, coordinate maintenance of the property alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, and maintain favorable relationships between residents, employees and corporate offices.
