Do you want to work with leading global organizations in Manufacturing, helping them unlock the full potential of OT through visibility, governance, and security?Then this is your opportunity to lead our Global OT Capability, shaping the strategy, growing the team, and delivering world-class outcomes across the globe.What will you do?As Capability Lead – OT, you will:Own and lead Plat4mation’s Operational Technology Capability, part of our Data Management Strategic Capabilities, working closely with the Manufacturing Vertical.Deliver and oversee projects for top-tier clients in the Manufacturing industry, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in OT strategy, architecture, and ServiceNow solutions.Build and grow a strong internal OT capability by hiring, mentoring, and enabling talent.Lead the creation of innovative offerings, based on market trends and customer needs – from OT Visibility to OT Service Management, Vulnerability, and OT-SecOps.Act as a thought leader by developing best practices, writing blogs, speaking at webinars, and shaping the conversation in the OT space.Play a crucial role in pre-sales, working closely with sales and solution consultants on shaping and positioning tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Team Development: Recruit and mentor OT consultants.
