Requirements and responsibilities


❇️ We're looking for SDRs/BDRs (mainly inbound to a qualified list, though sometimes taking inbound leads) primary responsibility will be to qualify all inbound leads. Additionally, they will be expected to initiate and engage in conversations with personas from our target market. The ideal candidates are fast, proficient in phone communication, and capable of prospecting on LinkedIn. ❇️ Responsibilities: ▪️ Serve as the initial point of contact to a wide range of prospects. ▪️ Utilize email, phone, text, and other creative channels to reach prospective through outbound tactics. ▪️ Track your sales activity using software tools. ▪️ Overcome objections, pitch the value proposition, and move prospects forward in the sales process. ▪️ Work seamlessly with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets. ❇️ Must have skills: ▪️ SaaS, B2B Background. ▪️ You have been a BDR/SDR/AE at a B2B SaaS company before HubSpot. ❇️ Good to have skills: ▪️ Experience as a cold caller, cold emailer, or cold Linkedin-ing. ▪️ You're GOOD at selling to salespeople. ▪️ Comfortable executing an ABM motion along with our marketing folks. ▪️ You can divide your time between cold calling, prospecting, managing your leads and documenting your work in our CRM. ▪️ Familiar with technology and enjoy learning and building processes.
