⚠️ Our client Medeloop is looking for their next Mid-UX/UI Designer. ⚠️ As a Mid-level UX/UI Designer at MedeLoop, you will be pivotal in crafting seamless and visually appealing user experiences for their digital products and services. Your primary focus will be understanding user needs, researching, and translating insights into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative solutions that elevate our digital offerings. Key Responsibilities: 🔸Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. 🔸Analyze data and user feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 🔸Create information architecture, site maps, and user flows to define the structure and navigation of digital products. 🔸Develop low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts. 🔸Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand guidelines and project requirements. 🔸Use typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create engaging visual storytelling elements. 🔸Develop interactive elements and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight. 🔸Implement animations and transitions to provide seamless user experiences. 🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of design objectives with business goals and technical feasibility. 🔸Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative design processes. 🔸Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to validate design decisions. Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. ✅ Previous experience in start-ups. ✅ Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. ✅ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. ✅ Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, Principle) to create interactive mockups. ✅ Fluent English communication skills at C1-C2 level to effectively collaborate and present ideas to an international team. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design decisions. ✅ Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI design technologies. Preferred Qualifications: 🟡 Experience working in the healthcare industry. 🟡 Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 🟡 Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
