We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead Engineer to lead a team of 10+ developers and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of mentoring teams while aligning engineering execution with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ software engineers.Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and best practices.Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Drive technical decision-making across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Hands-on development using React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails (ROR).Oversee CMS-based development and integrations using WordPress.Design and optimize SQL databases for performance and scalability.Ensure seamless API integrations and backend services.Cloud & InfrastructureArchitect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS.Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.Delivery & CollaborationWork closely with Product Managers, QA, and business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.Required Skills & Expertise10–15 years of overall software development experience.Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails (ROR), WordPress, SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).The person should have working knowledge of AI Tooling, AI workflows, AI Agents, AI integrations, etc. He should be able to train the team on this.Experience leading and scaling engineering teams (10+ members)Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and REST APIs.Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
