Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate/M&A Attorney to support complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions while contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems. This is a unique opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a cutting-edge AI environment where your real-world knowledge will directly help shape how AI models learn and interpret corporate and compliance-related content. Role: Corporate/M&A Attorney. Location: Remote. Job Type: Contractor. Compensation: $40–$70/hr. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze complex corporate, M&A, and financial documents. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. - Identify and mitigate Personally Identifiable Information (PII) risks. - Support anonymization and sensitive data handling best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance workflows. - Provide detailed legal insights and feedback for AI training purposes. - Stay current on evolving corporate compliance and privacy regulations. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2+ years of experience with PII compliance in financial or corporate environments. - Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions. - Deep understanding of data privacy and sensitive document handling. - Ability to identify structural and direct PII risks. - Strong legal drafting, review, and analytical skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and compliance standards. Preferred: - Background in finance or corporate law. - Experience with AI/data privacy training initiatives. - Knowledge of global data privacy regulations and cross-border compliance challenges.
