About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Lead to build and scale our brand and demand engine.
- In this role, you will define how we reach new audiences, craft our story across digital channels, and translate technical innovation into powerful, human-centered narratives.
- You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, including content and lifecycle campaigns, SEO, and performance marketing, using data and experimentation to drive measurable growth.
- This role blends creativity and analytics, requiring you to be part storyteller, part strategist, and part growth hacker.
- You will collaborate closely with our founders, engineers, and forward-deployed teams to ensure our message connects authentically with customers and the broader AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels to drive awareness and adoption of our platform.
- Lead content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, videos, and community initiatives, ensuring consistent storytelling and brand voice.
- Develop and optimize SEO and paid search strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance data and conduct growth experiments to identify opportunities and enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align messaging, launch new features, and support customer success stories.
- Build and manage the full marketing stack, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards for campaign tracking and insights.
- Stay ahead of algorithmic trends on platforms like LinkedIn and X to maximize organic traction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must-Haves:
- 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing at a high-growth, AI-native B2B SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of scaling growth from $1-10M in a sub-three person marketing team.
- Generalist full-stack marketing experience, including demand generation, pipeline building, full-funnel campaigns, and partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop processes from scratch.
- Natural intuition and ability to create powerful storytelling narratives.
- Expertise with demand generation, including running campaigns, launches, blog posts, partnership write-ups, etc.
- Excited to work in-person 5 days per week in San Francisco.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in traditional B2B industries such as compliance, fintech (insurance, mortgage, lending, banking), or security tech.
- Fluency with analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Notion, Figma, or similar).
