About the roleOnly those who apply with a resume will be considered. Must have good knowledge of the CDL A trucking industry, CDL A driver, dispatcher, familiar with trucking, etc. We are looking for an independent truck driver recruiting assistant to join our team in our remote team. The Pre Qualifier will be reaching truck drivers and explaining the benefits of working on our customer accounts in a professional manner.The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top quality truck drivers. Having a true interest in the trucking industry is a plus and will also help in being successful.ResponsibilitiesManage talent acquisition — screen and source qualified applicants and resumes; gather pertinent information and communicate with applicants during the process.Strategize — work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the customers; create recruiting tactics to attract top-performing candidates; draft and create job descriptions as needed; collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.Administrative duties — use the CRM/ATS system; perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsValid UD/state ID.Your own laptop or computer with internet service and a phone for making and receiving calls with drivers.Must have a dedicated quiet work space for qualifying applicants and working remotely.CDL A driver recruiting; customer service and call center experience preferred.Must be a people person, caring, and a good listener.Excellent time management abilities and good work ethics.Minimum weekly requirements: 15-20 hours.1099 pay as independent contractor; commission pay per driver hire.Must be dependable and honest; be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Initial training and ongoing support for your success.Potential to make up to $70k yearly. Commission pay varies depending on which position the driver is hired for; commission pay info will be discussed during the interview process.
