Requirements and responsibilities

Araways is hiring remote full-time C2C contractual Principal Enterprise Architect – Oracle ERP & Agentic AI for 6 months.Key Responsibilities :Strategic AI Solutioning: Blueprint, design, and orchestrate scalable enterprise architectures integrating Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Multi-Agent systems with legacy corporate ecosystems.Oracle Ecosystem Architecture: Lead technical solutioning across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, aligning GenAI Services, Functions, API Gateways, Data Science, and Autonomous Databases.ERP & Agent Studio Mastery: Architect and extend business workflows using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, implementing modern Redwood UI extensions for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials / SCM).Governance & Compliance: Establish robust security, data privacy, and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide AI applications deployed in cloud environments.Technical Guidance: Provide high-level technical oversight, writing or reviewing Python, SQL, and REST API structures for complex cloud integrations.Core Requirements :10+ years of dedicated experience in Enterprise Architecture.3+ years of practical hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutioning.OCI Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge of the OCI stack (GenAI Service, Functions, API Gateway, Data Science, Autonomous DB, OIC AI Data Platform).Oracle Applications: Solid structural knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials and/or Supply Chain Management).Core AI Foundations: Expert understanding of LLMs, vector embeddings, RAG architectures, multi-agent frameworks, Python scripting, and RESTful web services.Good-to-Have Qualifications:Active exposure to modern open AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NIM, Hugging Face).Cross-cloud familiarity integrating OCI architectures with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native AI services.A proven track record of guiding massive AI/ERP transformation programs within Fortune 500-scale organizations.If interested plz share your resume.
