We’re looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team and help us attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent.If you enjoy sourcing great candidates, building talent pipelines, and creating a seamless hiring experience, this role could be a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple rolesSource and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channelsScreen profiles, conduct initial discussions, and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experienceManage candidate communication throughout the hiring journeyBuild and maintain strong talent pipelinesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsMaintain recruitment trackers and hiring reportsRequirements:Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / RecruitmentStrong sourcing and candidate evaluation skillsHands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environmentOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented approachExperience hiring for Performance Marketing roles or building internal marketing teams will be preferredWork Setup:100% RemoteFlexible & collaborative work environmentOpportunity to contribute to scaling teams and building hiring processesIf you’re passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sharing your resume via LinkedIn or email: akshaysharma@scalex.club
