You'd own the delivery machine across 5-10 Fractional COO engagements:Building client deliverables and audit presentations using AI and our template libraryRunning post-meeting workflows and ClickUp coordinationRunning weekly training sessions with select client teams on the playbooks we shipWorking to improve processes / AI internallyYou report directly to me.The profile:5+ years inside a high-performing performance marketing agency, ideally leading delivery for 8+ clientsFluent in paid and creative (retention/email is a plus, not required)Lives in AI tools daily (Claude is a must)Has built a ClickUp/Asana/Monday system from scratch, not just used oneCan write a 25-point QA checklist before lunchReads the stuff I post, and gets itTHE MOST IMPORTANT PART: You will only need to work 40 hours/wk for this position. No 80-hour per week agency grind.I've specifically built this position so you can have a family and a life, just like I do.
