Role OverviewParagon Global Internships is looking for a Corporate Finance professional with hands-on experience in capital raising, financial modeling, and investor documentation. The selected candidate will support clients in securing funding through banks, private equity firms, private investors, family offices, and public offerings (IPOs).This role is strictly focused on business support and capital raising advisory. It does not involve taxation or compliance audit work.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed funding proposals and investor-ready prospectusesSupport clients in raising capital from banks and financial institutionsAssist in private equity and private investment fund-raising processesContribute to IPO documentation and public offering preparationsDevelop comprehensive financial models, including long-term (up to 10-year) projectionsAnalyze business models, revenue structures, and growth strategiesPresent financial insights clearly to clients and potential investorsLead and review work of junior analysts or fund management operatorsRequirementsProven experience in fundraising, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equityStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsExperience preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and funding documentationExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProfessional proficiency in EnglishCompensationHourly compensation (paid biweekly in USD)Flexible remote working arrangementOpportunity to work on international fundraising and investment projects
