Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Specialist BI Consultant at a Senior Consultant level . In this role, you will deliver advanced reporting solutions and strategic guidance across highly regulated industries like banking and financial services.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end BI delivery on complex engagements to ensure technical excellence.Shape client BI strategies by advocating for best practices in data modeling and governance.Facilitate workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to co-create reporting solutions.Design BI-centric data models in collaboration with Data Engineers and Architects.Mentor and lead teams of onshore and offshore developers.Deliver tailored training to users ranging from consumers to advanced developers.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in consulting and delivering BI solutions with tangible benefits.Expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of Tableau solutions.Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.Experience in rationalizing existing reporting estates and migrating legacy dashboards to governed architectures.Desirable Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Power BI, QuickSight, or Databricks.Experience with "gold-layer" data models using Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.Tableau Certification (Data Analyst or Associate Consultant).
