This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, highly organized, and able to help new patients feel safe, heard, and supported. You will handle inbound and outbound patient lead calls, schedule appointments, follow up with new inquiries, update CRM/Excel trackers, and help convert patient inquiries into booked appointments. Requirements: Must be fluent in English and Spanish Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills Experience in scheduling, intake, CRM, or medical front office support Able to work full-time, 40 hours/week on a fixed U.S. schedule Organized, disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented Compassionate and professional when handling sensitive mental health inquiries This is an urgent opening.
