Requirements and responsibilities

Architect and lead IAM/IGA solutions aligned with security policies and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR). Design and implement identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, PAM). Lead integrations across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and IAM tools. Define and enforce IAM policies, authentication protocols, and MFA strategies. Evaluate IAM technologies, conduct POCs, vendor assessments, and roadmap planning. Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and R&D teams. Monitor and optimize IAM systems for performance, scalability, and resilience.
