Benson Law APC is a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in San Diego, CA. We handle auto accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, dog bite, and catastrophic injury cases. We are a lean, fast-moving firm with an offshore team and a strong focus on systems, automation, and growth. About the Role: - We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Legal Operations & Outreach Coordinator to own our intake process, attorney referral outreach, and CRM operations. - This is not a social media role. - You will be working directly with the firm owner and must be able to execute independently with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: - Manage and update case and contact records in Airtable. - Execute structured outreach cadences to attorney referral sources. - Support new client intake — following up with leads, gathering information, tracking status. - Build and maintain automation workflows (Airtable or Make). - Track referral relationships and follow-up sequences. - Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: - Hands-on Airtable experience — required, non-negotiable. - Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar). - Prior experience working with a U.S. law firm or professional services company. - Bilingual English/Spanish. - Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused. - Available during U.S. Pacific time zone hours. Preferred: - Experience with legal intake or client-facing legal operations. - Familiarity with CRM outreach sequencing.
