Building out the HRSD pod. The Solution Architect is the seat I'm most particular about.This completes the trio I posted about over the weekend — Technical Consultant for the build, Business Process Consultant for the design, and Solution Architect leading both. The SA owns target architecture across HRSD plus the connected Now Platform footprint, the HR data model, integration patterns, and the security model. They defend the architecture in the CHRO and CIO conversations.Most "HRSD architects" on the market are really senior developers with one or two builds under their belt. They can configure. They can review code. What's rarer — and what I need — is the architect who can run a CHRO discovery, draw a defensible data model on a whiteboard, make a build-vs-buy call on a Workday connector without flinching, and then lead the BPC and Technical Consultant through delivery.What I need:8+ years in ServiceNow consulting or architecture; 4+ years architecting HRSD across full lifecyclesCSA and CIS-HR required; CAD strongly preferred; CTA or CMA a plusDeep HRSD architecture: Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, Case, Document, Knowledge, HR data modelHands-on integration with at least one HCM — Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, or Oracle HCMExecutive presence with CIO and CHRO-level stakeholdersUS-based, authorized to work in the USIf you've quietly been the architect on the engagements while someone else carried the title — let's talk.Apply here → https://lnkd.in/d2AXrnsp
