Arch Systems is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our rapidly scaling team and help guide our customers in successfully implementing our impactful solutions. In this role, you will own and drive deployment-related programs across our customer base.This role does not require you to be highly technical, but it does require you to be able to work comfortably in a technical environment—coordinating cross-functional teams, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across customer stakeholders and internal engineering/product teams.What You Will Own & DriveOwn end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts and timelines, including new site implementations, customer onboarding, and connector development rolloutsBuild and manage project plans that align customer goals, internal resourcing, technical dependencies, and delivery milestonesTracking and coordinating technology deployments with our customers and partners on a global scaleDrive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes—ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomesCoordinate our efforts between our customers and engineering teams by prioritizing deployment needs, tracking open questions/issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and product blockersMaintain clear project documentation (status, risks, decisions, timelines, scope changes) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leadersPartner closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Applications/Engineering teams to deploy successful rollout and end-to-end solutions across the Arch product stackLead retrospectives and continuously improve deployment playbooks, templates, checklists, and operating cadence to improve team efficiency and customer experienceWhat You Bring to The Table3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment with a track record of delivering complex projects on timeExperience managing cross-functional programs that involve external customers and internal engineering/product stakeholdersComfort operating in technical conversations (connectivity, integrations, data flows) and translating those details into clear project plans and action itemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive accountabilityExperience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, hybrid Agile/waterfall, or similar) and Project Management SoftwareBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent industry experience)Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with teams in Asia, Europe, and the AmericasWhat Makes You Stand OutExperience supporting deployments in discrete manufacturing environments (electronics or other discrete manufacturing)Experience coordinating integration work across systems (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, ERP/MES context) even if you are not the person implementing itExperience developing repeatable rollout processes/playbooks for onboarding new customers and expansion within existingStrong customer-facing presence and ability to run meetings that include both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPMP CertificationExperience with the Smartsheets platformAdditional language proficienciesHow We Will Support YouInnovate with Impact: Be part of a team developing transformative data products that optimize and revolutionize manufacturing operations globally. This role is remote-first, and compensation is benchmarked using San Francisco Bay Area market data as the reference point for our pay ranges.The total compensation range for this position is USD $125,000 - $175,000 based upon qualifications and experience. Total cash compensation includes a combination of base salary and a discretionary performance bonus.Final compensation is determined by job-related factors including experience, skills, scope of responsibility, and performance expectations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.In addition to cash compensation, this role may be eligible for equity awards, aligning individual impact with Arch Systems' long-term success.For U.S.-based employees, benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, retirement contributions, and additional programs that support wellbeing and professional development.International candidates hired through our approved global employment partners will receive regionally competitive benefits and are eligible for non-qualified stock options (NQSOs) from Arch Systems, allowing participation in the company's long-term success.Remote EqualArch champions a remote-first work environment since its inception, promoting flexibility and inclusivity across all teams.
