Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Mobile Architect with strong expertise across iOS, Android, cross-platform mobile development, and large-scale distributed systems. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, engineering standards, and AI-enabled software development practices across multiple teams.Required Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Swift / iOS and Kotlin / AndroidExperience with React Native or Kotlin MultiplatformStrong knowledge of mobile architecture patternsExpertise in mobile performance optimizationExperience building offline-first applicationsStrong understanding of mobile release engineeringHands-on experience with Mobile CI/CD and testing practicesStrong experience designing large-scale distributed systemsExperience with APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems, and high-scale platforms🤖 AI & Engineering Leadership12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant Staff/Principal-level experience.Drive cross-team technical decisions, architecture alignment, and platform direction.Define and scale AI-driven SDLC standards, including tools, guardrails, and automation.Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools to deliver production systems.Ability to clearly communicate AI development workflows, impact, and appropriate guardrails.Lead multi-team initiatives and resolve complex technical trade-offs.Elevate engineering quality through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.Establish strong practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability while maintaining delivery velocity.🌎 Cross-Organization CollaborationProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.Experience collaborating across Product, Data, Security, and Infrastructure teams.Track record of documenting and scaling architectural decisions and organizational learnings.Experience working with globally distributed teams, including US, China, and LATAM.🎯 Ideal CandidateA Staff/Principal-level Mobile Architect who can combine deep hands-on mobile expertise with enterprise architecture, distributed systems, AI-assisted engineering, and strong cross-organizational leadership.Interested candidates?
