Responsibilities

Fashion Content Editor & Social Media Manager. Role Overview: - You will bring a fashion editor’s eye to a daily content engine running across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. - You will partner directly with a fashion and lifestyle creator and own short-form editing and social execution end to end. - You will shape how her style, outfits, and trend content reach her audience every day. - You will act as a hands-on creative director with deep editing skills. - You will ensure polished reels, fast turnaround, sharper hooks, and stronger monetization through smart linking and repurposing. Responsibilities: - Edit short-form fashion reels in CapCut with fluid transitions, intentional pacing, and smart clip lengths. - Catch unflattering angles, off expressions, awkward posture, and frames that do not serve the look, and cut them before review. - Choose the angles, moments, and movement that make each outfit look its best on the body. - Write hooks, on-screen text, and captions in the creator’s voice. - Pitch concepts tied to current fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends. - Post every day across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. - Keep brand style, captions, tags, and links consistent everywhere. - Repurpose content across formats and platforms, including Canva carousels. - Sort and categorize clips and images, and build thematic sets. - Keep each deliverable scoped, with one concept per reel, clean file naming, and clear handoffs. - Maintain reliable daily delivery with minimal revision rounds. Required Qualifications: - A fashion industry background in styling, fashion media, creative direction, or fashion content creation. - Fluent fashion vocabulary including fabrics, textures, silhouettes, and garment types. - A trained eye for fit, flattering angles, and how a garment moves on the body. - A portfolio of short-form reels edited for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle creator or brand. - Strong CapCut fundamentals including pacing, rhythm, transitions, and consistency. - Creative director instincts for hooks, on-screen text, and story flow. - Proven experience managing daily posting across multiple platforms with consistent branding. - Comfort designing basic assets such as carousels in Canva. - Professional English at C1 level or higher for writing captions and hooks. - An organized, scope-disciplined approach to content libraries and deliverables.
