Requirements and responsibilities


Location: Germany (remote). Experience: 10–12 years. Role Purpose: The position is responsible for driving technical services support to customers and developing new business opportunities that support PCBL’s overall growth strategy, while building strategic business relationships with customers. KRA: * Undertake customer visits to understand technical requirements and maintain continuous communication with the required teams. * Work with customers on the development of new products and applications. * Enhance technical and product application knowledge to recommend the right solution from the first time. * Conduct technical training for customers, sales teams, and channel partners. * Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for product launches. * Explore opportunities for value-added products and applications by educating customers and providing required data or test results. * Conduct trials and establish processes at the customer site, perform on-site troubleshooting, and carry out routine quality checks. * Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and process technology teams to propose product designs, including performance tests. * Develop new business opportunities among existing and new customers and segments. * Generate new leads and develop customer relationships. * Understand customers’ business products, applications, manufacturing facilities, and serviced segments. * Establish PCBL grades with a focus on brand identity by differentiating quality and service. * Perform market intelligence activities through continuous collection of information on competitors’ activities, new products, and applications. * Analyze and interpret results to solve customer issues.
