Requirements and responsibilities


A Customer Service & Admin VA will: * Manage inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. * Qualify new leads. * Address questions, complaints, reschedules, and confirmations. * Update CRM records. * Schedule jobs. * Prepare calendars and job boards. * Organize documents. * Track follow-ups. * Provide light sales support by following up on warm leads, unclosed estimates, and expiring quotes. The role requires: * Fluent written and spoken English. * Fast response times. * Strong organization. * Comfort with scripts. * Calm communication under pressure. * Ability to learn tools such as CRM, Google Workspace, VOIP systems, and messaging platforms. Experience in home services, appointment setting, basic spreadsheets, or Spanish is a plus.
