Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Listings Manager to oversee the creation, optimization, and management of product listings for appliances across various online marketplaces. As our Listings Manager, you will lead our listing specialists and play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, appealing, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales performance. We are looking for a candidate with a mature mindset who can learn from mistakes, make corrections, and adjust processes accordingly. Responsibilities: * Create and maintain product listings for appliances on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart). * Lead and manage 2 listing specialists. * Optimize listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords. * Conduct regular audits to ensure listings comply with platform policies and standards. * Ensure listing accuracy, maintain product data integrity, and verify product buyability across all platforms. * Analyze listing performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and conversions. * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure product imagery and descriptions align with brand standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, including suspensions or errors. Qualifications: * Proven experience managing product listings on major e-commerce platforms. * Strong understanding of SEO, keywords, and marketplace algorithms. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience with Amazon and eBay vendor portals is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently and meet strict weekly deadlines. * Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting. * Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. * Organized and responsible. Compensation: $10 per hour. Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm PST.
