What You’ll Be Doing As our Digital Marketing Project Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence. Your key responsibilities include: - Define project scope, goals, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders for digital initiatives such as SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website projects. - Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines, setting milestones and deadlines from ideation to launch. - Oversee budgets and financial tracking, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering smooth collaboration and resolving blockers. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations. - Identify and mitigate risks proactively, creating contingency plans when needed. - Track performance and analyze results, using data to recommend optimizations. - Ensure quality assurance (QA) across all deliverables, including email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives. - Close projects and conduct post-mortems, documenting learnings and best practices for future initiatives. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter management. - Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with confidence leading calls with U.S.-based clients. - Strong experience using CRMs and project management tools such as Notion, Airtable, Monday, or similar platforms. - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Position Details - Type: Full-time. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). - Location: 100% Remote.
