At LeadStream AI, we do not just run marketing—we build AI-powered revenue systems that help businesses grow smarter and faster. We are looking for a Female Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidate, from the LATAM region, who can own client relationships, manage projects, and step into growth opportunities as they arise. This role is for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow their income over time. What You Will Be Doing: Client Success & Communication: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients. - Provide updates, insights, and ensure a strong client experience. Project & Systems Management: - Oversee builds across CRM systems, AI tools, websites, and automations. - Manage tasks in ClickUp and ensure timely delivery. Quality Control: - Test AI responses, automations, and booking flows. - Ensure everything is fully functional before client delivery. Revenue Opportunities (Optional): - Engage with warm leads. - Book calls, run discovery sessions, and close deals (if comfortable). - Additional income and bonuses are available in this area. Who This Role Is For: - Organized and proactive individuals. - Strong communicators. - Someone eager to grow into a higher-income role. - Comfortable learning systems, AI tools, and client strategy. - Looking for more than just a “task-based role.” Growth Path: - This role can evolve into Senior Account Manager, Sales / Closer, or Operations Lead. - Increased compensation is available as you grow. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
