Hiring: CTO – Technical Product Partner (AI Startup). Overview: - We are not looking for a "manager" to sit in meetings. - We are looking for a Founding Engineer with a Product brain. - At Human Capital, we are moving fast to revolutionize education through LLM-powered solutions. - We need a technical leader who can own the bridge between complex AI architecture and real-world business impact. The Mission: - As our CTO – Technical Product Partner, you are the "Special Ops" of our engineering team. - You will work directly with customers to understand their pain points, scope technical specs, and build the integrations that drive our growth. What You’ll Actually Do: - Build & Integrate: Deliver end-to-end, LLM-powered software and own 3rd-party API integrations. - Ship Code: This is a hands-on role. - You’ll make full-stack contributions in Python/TypeScript and tune system prompts for peak performance. - Strategy: Identify gaps from customer interactions and prioritize the roadmap based on revenue potential. - Architect: Author technical design docs to ensure systems remain robust, scalable, and cutting-edge. Who You Are: - Engineer First: Deep background in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Data Science. - Product Thinker: Strong UX instincts; the ability to translate "business ideas" into "engineering solutions." - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (critical for our global operations). - AI Native: Proven experience with APIs, backends, frontends, and ML evals.
