Unlike traditional wealth management roles, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.🚀 Total compensation: In addition to base salary, this role includes equity compensation, as well as performance-based commission (for applicable commercial roles).
