We're seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team.In this role, you'll support our US-based healthcare client by managing essential credentialing processes with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and more. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure healthcare providers are credentialed promptly and accurately, so they can focus on what matters most - caring for patients!This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.Key Responsibilities:Credentialing Compliance & Verification:Verify DEA, CSR, state licenses, and board certifications for all healthcare providers.Track and monitor expirables (state licenses, DEA/CSR registrations, boardcertifications) to ensure timely renewal and compliance.Maintain accurate, organized records of all licensure and credentialing documentation.Application Preparation & Internal Coordination:Assist with preparing credentialing packets and applications as needed.Coordinate with providers and internal departments to collect all required credentialing information.Verify providers’ credentialing and collaborative agreement statuses and communicate accurate updates to the scheduling team.Licensing & Regulatory Support:Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-ups of MD (Medical Doctors) licensing applications with state medical boards.Communicate with state boards and regulatory agencies to check the status of applications, renewals, and approvals.EMR Access Tracking:Track and audit EMR access for new and existing providers.Work with internal teams and facilities to resolve login issues and ensure timely system access.Qualifications:Previous experience in healthcare credentialing, medical administration, or compliance.Knowledge of US state licensing requirements, DEA/CSR processes, and board certifications is a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in excel is requiredService Fee:Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.Hours:US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pmWhy Limitlessli?We embrace the flexibility and convenience of a remote working environment, and you will collaborate with an international team while contributing to our growing business, all from the comfort of your home.Essential requirements:You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection.
