This role covers systems and platform administration, digital security, process automation, and cross-departmental IT support. This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate understands how technology operates behind the scenes of a growing business — from corporate platforms and HR systems to network infrastructure and cybersecurity. **Responsibilities** 1. Systems and Platform Management - Administer corporate tools including Google Workspace, MS Office, Adobe, Zoho, Slack, and their integrations. - Maintain IT inventory: computers, phones, hardware. - Manage email signatures and corporate domains (e.g., GoDaddy). 2. Technical Support - Create and maintain technical documentation: IP records, network diagrams. - Serve as first point of escalation for IT issues across the organization. 3. Integrations and Automation - Integrate platforms such as Zoho, Slack, Sales IQ, and AI chatbots. - Automate administrative, financial, and HR processes. - Evaluate and implement new tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve productivity. 4. Departmental Support (Finance, HR, Operations) - Provide IT support for user access, software licenses, and onboarding. - Ensure digital security and backups (e.g., employee records, corporate data). - Manage HR platforms (Zoho People, SAP, BambooHR) and training tools (Zoom, Meet, LMS). - Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures. 5. Leadership and Strategy - Lead and manage the IT support team, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance. - Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and cross-departmental requests. - Manage IT budgets, forecast technology spend, and present business cases for new investments. - Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services. **Requirements** - 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technology management. - 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role. - Strong command of enterprise SaaS platforms: Google Workspace, Zoho (People, CRM, Sales IQ), Slack, Adobe, MS Office. - Experience managing HR and training platforms: BambooHR, SAP, LMS, Zoom, Google Meet. - Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices: access controls, data backups, incident response. - Experience with platform integrations and process automation. - Hands-on experience with network infrastructure: routers, switches, VLANs, remote access configuration. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (IP records, network diagrams). - Strong project management and vendor management skills. - Bilingual: English and Spanish. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). **Nice to Have** - Experience with AI chatbots and AI-driven automation tools. - Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or similar. - Experience managing corporate domains and email infrastructure (GoDaddy or similar). - Experience in the entertainment or media industry. **Benefits** - Paid time off: 80 hours/year (first two years), 120 hours/year (after year two), 160 hours/year (after year three). - 6 paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. - Annual salary review based on performance and objectives achieved. **Tipo de puesto:** Jornada completa
