I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of innovative legal practice management solutions for an international technology organization.This is a true senior-level opportunity for a product leader who can own product strategy, drive the roadmap, understand complex customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and influence product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities.Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points and opportunities.Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Use customer insights, data, and market trends to drive product decisions.Help shape innovative Legal Tech, SaaS, and AI-powered solutions.⭐ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSenior-level Product Management experience with proven product ownership.Experience with legal practice management solutions, Legal Tech, or vertical SaaS.Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-enabled product development.Professional fluency in Spanish and English — C1+ English required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn complex problems into clear product direction.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience creating user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.Strong customer focus and excellent professional ethics and integrity.🌎 IMPORTANTThis opportunity is open exclusively to candidates currently based in Argentina or Colombia.
