Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a high-performing sales environment. - Must hold an active RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing or have an OTL that you are willing to convert. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is an asset. - Demonstrated success in a commission-based or self-directed sales role is an asset.
