I am an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional with a diverse background across recruitment, administration, systems/software management, property management coordination, telecommunications, sales, customer service, and emergency response. I currently work as a Specialized Insurance Recruiter, supporting brokerages and insurance organizations in hiring high-quality talent across Canada.

In my current role, I specialize in sourcing, screening, and placing professionals within the insurance industry, including P&C, RIBO-licensed roles, sales advisors, claims, and customer service professionals. I work closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and deliver candidates who are not only technically qualified but also culturally aligned.

My broader professional experience allows me to bring a well-rounded, people-first approach to recruitment. Having worked in operational, client-facing, and high-pressure environments, I understand the realities of the roles I recruit for and the importance of reliability, communication, and performance.

My experience as a First Responder has further strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively—skills that translate directly into talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and candidate advocacy.
