Responsibilities

My client is seeking a resilient and analytical Senior Project Analyst to support the delivery of mission-critical initiatives. In this role, you will influence teams within a matrixed environment, tackling multiple concurrent projects from planning through post-launch. You will serve as a dependable problem-solver, utilizing deep research and data analysis to help business leaders and Project Managers solve strategic challenges and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities ● Project Execution: Guide project teams through multiple phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and forward momentum on concurrent initiatives. ● Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive project-related research and data analysis to identify critical issues and assist in solving complex business problems. ● Deliverable Creation: Build and maintain core project artifacts, including project plans, scope definitions, cost estimates, resource allocations, governance structures, and dependency tracking. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate successful meetings with diverse audiences, embracing conflict resolution and tailoring communication to effectively align teams. ● Business Case Support: Analyze financials, evaluate cost/benefit metrics, and assist in comprehensive business case development. Required Skills & Experience ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. ● Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to sift through large data sets, identify business challenges, and present compelling solutions to large audiences. ● Project Experience: Solid foundation in leading projects and navigating standard project lifecycles, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability. ● Clear Communication: Highly skilled at synthesizing obscure information into simplified, story-driven speaking points. ● Team Dynamics: An inclusive, authentic, and respectful team member who encourages collaboration and responds to complex questions thoughtfully.
