Job Purpose: A Test Manager – Cash Management & Trade Finance is a senior QA leadership role in banking/financial services, responsible for managing end-to-end testing of systems that handle payments, liquidity, and trade-related transactions.1. Cash ManagementPayments (domestic & international – SWIFT, SEPA, Wires)Collections and receivablesLiquidity and cash positioningBank account managementReconciliation systems2. Trade FinanceLetters of Credit (LC)Bank GuaranteesDocumentary CollectionsTrade loans and financingCompliance checks (e.g., AML, sanctions)Key Responsibilities:Test Strategy & Planning: Define overall testing strategy for both cash management and trade finance platforms; plan SIT, UAT, regression, and automation scope.Test Management: Lead QA teams across multiple modules; allocate resources and manage timelines; coordinate with business, IT, and vendors.Test Execution Oversight: Ensure proper validation of payment processing flows; trade lifecycle (LC issuance → amendment → closure); financial calculations and settlements.Defect & Risk Management: Track defects and ensure timely resolution; identify risks in critical financial transactions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide status reports to senior management; work closely with product owners, business analysts, and operations teams.Required skills:Strong banking domain knowledge (cash + trade finance)Experience with SWIFT messaging (MT/MX formats)Trade systems (e.g., Finastra, Temenos, Surecomp)Test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)Leadership and team handlingUnderstanding of compliance & regulatory requirementsTypical Experience Level13–15+ years in testing/QA7+ years in test management rolesPrior hands-on experience in banking systems is essentialInterested candidates can share updated CVs on roja.m@paraminfo.com
