Candidates without hands-on POS domain experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn functional architecture and business process design for in-store technology solutionsDefine functional blueprint for POS, SCO, MPOS, Back Office, and payment servicesDesign end-to-end retail workflows: sales, returns, refunds, promotions, vouchers, loyalty, and cash managementDefine payment/tender workflows, reconciliation, and exception handlingCreate functional documents including BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsSupport UAT planning, defect triage, rollout readiness, and hypercare activitiesFacilitate workshops with business, store operations, finance, audit, IT, and vendor teamsDrive requirement traceability from requirement → story → test → resultRequired Skills10–15 years of Retail In-Store / POS domain experienceStrong functional knowledge of POS, SCO, MPOS, Back Office, payments, promotions, loyalty, and EOD processesExperience in UAT ownership and store rollout programsExcellent documentation and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveVAT / Fiscalization / E-invoicing experiencePayments domain exposure (acquirers, refunds, reconciliation)Multi-brand / multi-market retail experienceInterested candidates can share their updated profile at [venkatesh.a@ibridgetechsoft.com]
