Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesCurrent State Assessment: Analyze the client's existing MDM platform, data architecture, and governance processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, redundancies, and data quality issues. Evaluate the current implementation roadmap against business objectives and operational requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes and master data challenges. Document findings and provide a prioritized assessment of strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities.Strategy & Enhancement: Enhance the existing MDM roadmap using industry best practices, frameworks, and proven implementation patterns. Define the target-state master data architecture. Design and document data models, match and merge strategies, survivorship rules, and data stewardship processes. Recommend governance policies and operating models to improve data consistency and ownership. Establish data quality standards and monitoring approaches.Solution Design & Implementation Guidance: Provide architecture recommendations leveraging Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Informatica MDM. Collaborate with business and technical teams to align MDM solutions with enterprise architecture. Support integration of master data across enterprise applications and downstream systems. Define metadata management, reference data management, and hierarchy management strategies.Governance & Best Practices: Develop enterprise data governance frameworks. Recommend stewardship models, ownership structures, and governance workflows. Define KPIs for measuring data quality, governance maturity, and MDM success. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data engineers, and application teams. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and validate proposed solutions. Present recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation strategies to leadership.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementations.Expertise in Informatica MDM.Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.Mandatory SkillsDeep expertise in Azure, Databricks, and Informatica MDM, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Models.If you're interested, you can contact at the email address mentioned belowE: anirudh.j@e-solutionsinc.com
