Requirements and responsibilities

• Gather data, analyze, and communicate results to drive business plans. Pivot or shift approaches when necessary in response to what you learn • Generate reports at both high (summary) and low (verbose deep-dive) level and present the data in a clear manner to management • Provide recommendations for improvements in any and all aspects to increase performance • Coordinate with engineering and BI to establish weekly & monthly reporting cadence • Work with Manager to manage vendor relationships • Create and maintain a variety of documents, including but not limited to: project status reports, financial tracking and reports on market & industry trends • Lead and collaborate with others on process improvement projects and data collection • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team • Resolves issues and/or makes working decisions within area of specialization • Assist Manager in the planning, organizing and coordination of daily activities, including but not limited to team metrics tracking and running team meetings.
