Creative Talent Scout — Visual Design & Art DirectionSpiritus, a U.S.-based nonprofit arts organization, is seeking two exceptionally visually gifted people to help us identify outstanding creative talent internationally.You will search Behance and other portfolio platforms for exceptional creative talent, using your visual judgment to identify outstanding designers, art directors, and editorial/digital creatives.Among the people we are seeking are:An exceptional designer/art director for a major museum-quality art and photography bookOutstanding web and digital designersPublication and editorial designersOther unusually gifted creative people who could contribute to Spiritus now or in the future*The work*You will:Search Behance and other portfolio platforms creatively and systematicallyRapidly review portfolios and recognize genuinely exceptional workBuild highly selective shortlists of the strongest candidatesSearch beyond exact job titles and conventional keywords to uncover unusually gifted peopleBriefly explain why particularly strong candidates stand outHelp us approach the best candidates personallyWho we are looking forWe are especially interested in exceptional practicing designers, art directors, design faculty/lecturers, and unusually talented recent graduates in visual communication, graphic design, multimedia arts, information design, editorial design, or related fields.The essential qualification is exceptional visual judgment: the ability to look at creative work and quickly distinguish the truly outstanding from the merely competent.Prior recruiting experience is not required.Immediate availability is important, but hours are highly flexible. Even relatively limited availability can work for an exceptional candidate. The engagement will run for approximately two weeks and is fully remote.Compensation: approximately ₱1,000–₱3,000/hour, depending on experience and level of expertise, with flexibility for an exceptional senior candidate.
